The Index is calculated on the basis of research results in retail sales' amounts taken from greatest US retail networks and hypermarkets. It is weekly published. Redbook exerts a suppressed influence on the market in comparison with the general indicator of country's retail sales (the way it is calculated by electoral distribution network). Though its influence on US dollar is perceived situationally by the market and is viewed as the indicator of possible inflationary pressure. Index is published weekly on Tuesdays at 10:30 EST (New York).
