"A Secret" to forex is to be discipline to follow a system or "trading rules". One can ruin a perfectly system(trading rules) with out discipline.

It's perfect for beginner since one will only trade when the pair is moving in a direction. Usually the pair is building up steam or in consolidation period where one should not enter the market anyway.
on Mt4 platform, under INSERT, Indicators, then Alligators
