Diamonds

The diamond pattern is a rhombus figure formed by parallel support and resistance levels limiting increasing and then decreasing range of price fluctuations.

When a diamond is formed during a long time period it may become a reversal pattern and on less than a day diagrams it may indicate continuation of a trend.
