Broadening Formation
Broadening Formation figure is formed by three tops. Every top is located above the previous one and their bases are on the same gentle support level. Breakage of this support line denotes the turn of the tendency downward. In case of reverse figure the gentle resistance level breakage means that trend is turning upwards.
Broadening Formation figure is partially looks like a broadening triangle. The difference is that Triangle graphical borders are directed in different ways and the formation limiting lines are unidirectional but have different angulations. This figure indicates obvious weakening of the dominating force of bulls or bears depending on direction it is headed.
