Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and energetic person to fill up the position of “Sales Manager for Bangladesh Market”.

    • Responsible for business development and revenue generation with existing and potential Clients;
    • Expand our customer base, deposit volumes and trading activity - Motivating and managing the sales team to ensure maximum penetration and success;
    • Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets;
    • Responsible to Implement the new strategies to exceed revenue targets;
    • Conducting market analysis to generate leads and maintain competitive awareness;
    • Responsible to follow up with new leads and HNI clients;
    • Achieving allocated business targets by ensuring high-quality customer service;
    • Managing, organizing & supervision of events and seminars;
    • Responsible to Look after product launch & promotional activities;
    • Generating new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls and presentations, and in-branch contacts;
    • Personally, meet and engage Clients for better service;
    • Develop the company's business in Bangladesh Region.

    • Sales experience not less than 3 years;
    • High self-confidence, convincing, sales skills;
    • Fluent English, Bengali both written and oral;
    • Experience in Financial markets/ Forex will be considered as advantage Sales, key account management or business development experience Experience in team management;
    • Strong personality able to work independently and without close supervision;
    • Initiative, flexible, proactive personality and result-oriented.
