How to Claim

There are 3 tiers of prizes for winners to claim before the total number of prizes available are fully claimed. Winners are eligible to claim one prize by fulfilling the promotion conditions from 15th June 2021 or until all prizes are fully claimed.

1. To claim the prize, qualifying traders must click on the “Claim Prize” button on the “Trade For Rewards” widget in the Trader Room.
2. An email notification will be sent within 5 working days upon receipt of the message on the Trader Room.
3. The prize will be delivered within 3-4 weeks after the client has submitted the request in the Trader Room.
