What should I do if the funds were withdrawn from my payment system account but were not credited to my trading account?
For deposits from a bank card — you should provide a bank statement where the transaction in question is displayed.
For deposits via electronic payment system — you should provide a screenshot from your payment system where it can be seen that the funds were withdrawn from your account. The information will then be forwarded to the payment department for review.
