Why do I get a “Trade is disabled” message when I try to open or modify an order?
This message can appear for any of the following reasons:
- When you try to trade at the weekend or another time when the markets are closed. Market hours can be checked here: http://www.forex4you.com/en/account/spreads/#account=cent&instrument=fx
- When a trading account has been blocked (usually due to a server being flooded by expert advisors), in which case you will receive a notification email;
- When you try to trade on an instrument which is not currently available for trading.
